acceptable stay
friendly staff good selection excellent location rude receptionist uncomfortable pillow ignored request
i found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful. the hotel bar had a good selection of beer. the location was excellent for accessing st pauli and the reeperbahn.
the receptionist seemed rude at times. they ignored my requests for assistance. the pillows were not comfortable and deflated easily.

a decent stay
friendly staff good location loud noise missing fan
the location was very good. lots of nightlife WAS easily accessible. the staff at the front desk were really friendly.
my main issue WAS the noise. i could barely sleep because of it, even with earplugs. there was no air con or even a fan in the room So I had to open the window.
